Key Responsibilities: HR Operations: Oversee all HR functions, ensuring policy compliance and operational efficiency. Safer Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process for care and office roles, including DBS checks, references, and right-to-work verifications. Training Management: Develop and manage training plans, induction programmes, and qualifications compliance. Employee Relations: Provide expert guidance on employee relations and performance management. Record Keeping: Maintain GDPR-compliant staff records and training matrices. Ideal Candidate Profile Qualifications: CIPD Level 5 Over 3 years in a similar role, preferably within the health and social care sector Strong knowledge of safer recruitment practices.
