Description
We’re looking for a passionate Learning & Development Partner to champion early careers development and help our people reach their full potential. This is your chance to make a real impact by designing and delivering innovative learning solutions that drive growth across our business.
What you'll be doing
* Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and create blended learning programmes using the 70:20:10 approach.
* Design and facilitate engaging development interventions – from leadership skills to coaching and mentoring.
* Act as a trusted advisor, bringing fresh ideas and best practice in digital learning and development.
* Embed Diversity & Inclusion into everything we do, ensuring learning is accessible and impactful for all.
* Analyse data and measure success to continuously improve our learning experiences.
* Manage budgets and explore funding opportunities to maximise value.
Who we're looking for
* Experience in designing, delivering and evaluating learning programmes.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Knowledge of adult learning theories, instructional design and digital learning tools.
* Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and manage projects effectively.
* A collaborative mindset and a passion for developing others.
