Salary - £45,636 - £57,937 plus excellent employee benefits and career progression

What you’ll be doing
As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Marketing Manager in executing end-to-end marketing activity, from initiation to evaluation that engage specific audiences and drive positive commercial outcomes. Defining, briefing, delivering and measuring the impact of multi-channel activity across paid, owned and earned using the AIDA model to engage specific audiences within geographic hotspots via an EBS way of working. You will support in key business decisions relating to marketing activity and make recommendations to drive improvement.
* Full Funnel Delivery: Delivery of full end-to-end marketing activity within budget, brand guidelines and timescales, aligned to strategy and commercial objectives. Work with the Go to Market team to ensure an integrated approach and implement cost-effective activity delivering positive ROI.
* Creative Execution: Deliver briefs and contribute to the creative process to ensure communications are compelling, relevant and motivating across EIS. Work with digital and creative agencies to implement activity resonating with target audiences and support the regional GtM plan.
* Performance Management: Track full funnel performance from brand awareness to lead generation, ensuring commercial value outcomes. Understand targets and GtM’s contribution to the sales pipeline and capture learnings for future activity.
* Stakeholder Management: Proactively manage relationships with key stakeholders at various levels, providing regular performance updates and managing expectations.
* Market and Competitor Landscape: Monitor competitor and market dynamics to shape and influence activity.
* Compliance: Ensure communications are compliant and clear, with understanding of regulatory guidelines.
What we need from you
* Extensive campaign management / marketing experience.
* Customer-focused mindset (think customer first).
* Strong communicator, written and verbal with creative flair.
* Multi-communication, full funnel channel experience from Brand awareness to lead generation.
* Strong commercial awareness and understanding of market dynamics.
* Experience working with agencies (creative and media).
* Good attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines and priorities.
* Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
* Campaign performance management experience.
