As a Senior Care Worker with CrossReach, you’ll support older people to live with dignity, comfort and purpose. You’ll lead your team with warmth and professionalism, ensuring that every person receives the best possible care.
Responsibilities
* Lead, organise and support care teams on shift
* Provide management cover when needed and maintain a safe environment
* Oversee medication, care plans and audits
* Supervise, develop and support staff
* Promote wellbeing and person‑centred care at all times
Qualifications
* Experienced care professional who leads with compassion and confidence
* Support others with patience, understanding and respect
* Christian faith and ability to work within and uphold CrossReach’s ethos
* SVQ Level 3 in Social Care; willing to complete PDA Supervision, PDA Medication, SVQ Level 4 and the Workplace Assessor Award
* Basic computer skills, SSSC registration and PVG Scheme membership

This role requires you to have a Christian faith and be able to work within and uphold our Christian Ethos, an Occupational Requirement under Part 1 of Schedule 9 to the Equality Act 2010.
