We’re looking for a Residential Support Worker to support children and young people with complex needs (EBD) in a safe, structured, and nurturing home.

What You’ll Do
• Support young people with daily routines & emotional wellbeing
• Promote positive behaviour and independence
• Act as a key worker and maintain clear records
• Work closely with the team and external professionals
• Help create a safe, stable, and supportive environment
What You’ll Need
• Level 3 Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
• 2+ years’ experience in children’s residential care
• Strong safeguarding & behaviour management skills
