What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Assist with letting properties from initial enquiry to move-in Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants Conduct property viewings and follow up with applicants Handle enquiries by phone, email, and in person Prepare tenancy documentation and ensure compliance Support the team with marketing and property listings Work towards agreed targets and objectives What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Minimum 12 months’ experience in sales or customer-facing roles Excellent customer service and communication skills Confident telephone manner Well-presented and professional appearance Ambitious, self-motivated, and team-focused Local knowledge of the Crawley area (preferred) Full UK driving licence and own car (essential) Professional and proactive approach to work What's In It For You?
