We are currently working in partnership with a Bristol based Housing Association, who are looking to appoint a Repairs Planning Team Leader on a fixed term contract for the next 12 months.
This will be a full-time position based in Bristol, with hybrid working (2/3 days home working) and a salary of £35,670 per annum.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing teams in a call handling settling, and an understanding of repairs/ social housing.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
* Managing a small team of coordinators within a housing provider
* Liaising with tenants and contractors over the phone in relation to repairs and surveys
* Handling complaints as required
* Coaching staff through tricky calls
* Ensuring internal staff are meeting pre-agreed KPIs
Experience required:
* Experience of coordinating works
* Experience of complaints handling
* Strong phone manner
* IT Literacy
