You'll play an important role in supporting various property teams in greeting and helping our visitors. You can expect to meet lots of different people and help in various visitor areas.As the public face of our property, you'll provide a warm, friendly welcome, give information about the property, answer questions and make sure everyone has an enjoyable and memorable visit around several areas of site. From assisting with welcome and admissions, car park support, welcoming everyone into our historic buildings, discussing the history of the property, and sharing our stories and spirit of place.Most importantly you'll be talking to people, answering any questions they have to make sure they can find everything they need to enjoy their visit.
