Skills/Responsibilities:
To be successful in this role you will need to:
* Partner with the business to clarify priorities for Learning and Development interventions, assessing training needs through surveys (e.g., PEAKON engagement platform), interviews, focus groups, or consultation with line managers.
* Design and develop training courses or strands of L&D programmes; incorporate specified L&D methodologies and delivery channels, including coaching; develop relevant content and high-quality learning resources to ensure learner engagement and achievement of learning outcomes.
* Manage the relationship with key external partners to deliver MEU-UK Sales Excellence Academy and the Leading with Integrity Programme. Working with the Head of People and senior internal stakeholders, help to co-design all aspects of our key learning and development programmes.
