In this exciting role, you will support the Store Manager in leading a dynamic team and ensure that our customers enjoy a top-notch shopping experience filled with quality products and exceptional service.
Your Daily Tasks:
* Kick off each day by motivating your team while setting daily targets.
* Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
* Train and mentor your team to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
* Maintain store appearance by ensuring cleanliness and organisation.
* Wrap up the day by preparing for the next with strategic insights and a positive mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the management of day-to-day store operations.
* Step into the Store Manager role during their absence, ensuring continuity of operations.
* Drive a customer-focused culture that nurtures loyalty and satisfaction.
* Foster teamwork and a positive workplace culture.
* Ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures.
* Support inventory management and stock replenishment activities.
What We’re Looking For:

* Previous retail management experience.
