JOB PURPOSE To provide the executive decision support to CDO and also support CDO in achieving business and operational results in DIAL. To obtain, understand and integrate various ongoing programs/Activities with multiple stakeholders and effectively track Operational KPIs and deliverables and report the same to COO/GGIAL management. Coordinate all the meeting requirements, follow up actions and undertake site inspection as necessary to verify work progress in coordination with all concerned teams ORGANISATION CHART Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators Data analyzing & assisting COO in planning and coordinating Strategic Initiatives / projects and the budget (AOP) of Operations contributing towards the strategic direction of the company. On time completion of budget preparation activity Planned vs. Actual Assist in managing implementation of operational strategies for Operations department. Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission - specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning. Regular update to COO No. of deviations in MIS Provide and monitor CAPEX & OPEX for Operations division. Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls (including SAP entries and updates) Planned vs. Actual expenditure Develop and manage key statistical reports, information and analysis from cross functions Regular update to COO Data accuracy Develop and prepare key analytical reports for Senior Management on Operations department. Plan, organise and develop presentations for Management Review (GCM, BCM & CEO reviews), special projects and group visits. Timely delivery Planned vs. actual Key Accountabilities Track Expansion plan communicates the construction updates to entire Ops team periodically. Education Qualifications Graduate/MBA/ M.Sc/B.Sc (Statistics) preferably with Aviation background Proficient in MS-Office, MSP and Power BI Relevant Experience Minimum of experience is about 8 years with at least 4 years in assisting Top Management of large organizations.
