Summary
This role is an exciting opportunity for a Junior Designer to gain hands‑on experience working across a wide range of creative projects within the sports marketing industry. You will support the design team in developing visual assets for brand partnerships, marketing materials, and commercial proposals.
The successful candidate will be capable of creating high‑quality design assets across digital and presentation formats. This is an ideal role for someone early in their design career who is looking to build experience in a fast‑paced creative environment.

Role Responsibilities
* Support the creation of visual assets for partnership proposals, marketing campaigns and branded content.
* Assist in designing presentation decks, sales collateral and pitch materials for brand and athlete partnerships.
* Work with the team to develop creative concepts for marketing initiatives and partnership activations.
* Create and adapt digital assets for use across social media, presentations, and marketing communications.
* Support the production and formatting of artwork to ensure consistency and quality across all materials.
* Assist in maintaining brand guidelines and ensuring visual consistency across Rocket Sports’ communications.
* Work closely with the sales and partnerships teams to support the visual development of partnership opportunities.
* Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
* Support internal marketing initiatives and help produce assets for Rocket Sports’ own communications.
* Stay up to date with design trends, tools and best practices.
Key Qualities We’re Looking For
* Proven Graphic Design capabilities
* A strong design portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and attention to detail.
* Excellent Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop).
* Basic knowledge of digital design and presentation design.
* Strong design, typographic and layout skills.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* High attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
* A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
* Interest in a sport/sports is a plus.
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
