The Multi Trade Painter role:
* Undertaking multi-trade work—mainly painting in occupied residential properties—to complete minor repair work, including joinery, plumbing, patch plastering, flooring, tiling, and general repair works.
* Your safety, the team’s safety, and the customer's health and safety are our top priorities, ensuring all environments are safe and relevant documentation is completed at all stages.
What will you bring as a Multi Trade Painter?
* Qualified to NVQ Level 2 or able to demonstrate the skills and experience required to succeed in the role.
* Experience working in residential maintenance and repairs environment is highly advantageous.
* Possession of a full current UK Driving License is essential, as a company van will be provided.
