We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Product Management to lead the development and strategy for an AI-enabled EHSQ & Compliance platform. This platform supports organizations in managing environmental, health, safety, quality, audit, and risk processes in compliance-driven industries.
The SVP will define and implement the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and commercial performance. The role involves leading a team of Product Managers, driving product-led growth, and integrating AI capabilities into the product lifecycle. Collaboration with engineering and experience teams is essential to deliver solutions that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
1. Establish and execute an AI-focused product strategy aligned with organizational goals.
2. Manage commercial performance metrics, including revenue growth and customer retention.
3. Lead and develop the product management team.
4. Oversee product delivery using agile and lean methodologies.
5. Conduct customer engagement and research to validate solutions.
6. Monitor technology trends, compliance standards, and AI governance.
7. Communicate product plans and progress to senior stakeholders.
Skills and Experience
8. Extensive experience in B2B SaaS and regulated industries (EHSQ, GRC preferred).
9. Proven leadership in product management and growth-focused roles.
10. Familiarity with AI-enhanced products and compliance frameworks.
11. Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder communication skills.
12. Knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance best practices.
13. Understanding of AI ethics and data privacy principles.
