We're looking for passionate and fashion-forward individuals who are excited to dress the nation. You'll be a brand ambassador who's ready to recommend our newest fashion items. Through remarkable service you'll make sure our customers feel truly valued every time they shop with us.
Schedule
Work Pattern: Week 1 and Week 2 shifts as listed below.
* Week 1: Sunday 10:00-18:00, Tuesday 13:00-21:00, Wednesday 10:00-18:00, Thursday 13:00-21:00, Friday 08:00-16:00
* Week 2: Monday 09:00-17:00, Tuesday 08:00-16:00, Thursday 13:00-21:00, Friday 08:00-16:00, Saturday 07:00-15:00
Responsibilities
* Serve our customers efficiently, both on the shop floor and at service points
* Keep the store clean and tidy, ensuring that our shelves are always stocked with product
* Monitor and deliver on the daily sales targets, priorities, promotions and selling opportunities
* Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, make recommendations and deliver remarkable service throughout their visit to store
* Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services
* Receive training to utilise all digital tools and communication channels to deliver for the customer every time
