* Hours: 22.2 hours per week
* Shift pattern: Monday – Wednesday

* Effective 1 April 2026, full‑time days for all Agenda for Change posts will be reduced to 36 hours.
The post forms part of the business support team and provides reception/clerical/administrative support to the primary/community care service team as required, working flexibly within agreed procedures and protocols across one or more office bases in the North East Sector. Duties include reception, data input, record management and general typing.
The post holder will frequently contact patients, members of the public and staff. This may also involve communication with records officers across NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, other board areas and schools. The individual must consistently act in a courteous and professional manner and provide support for generic functions and duties administered within the wider Business Team section as required.
