Key Responsibilities
* Undertake comprehensive assessments of foster carers and placements
* Ensure foster carers provide safe, stable, and nurturing environments
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary professionals to develop tailored care plans
* Provide guidance, supervision, and support to foster carers
* Advocate for children’s welfare and promote positive outcomes
* Maintain accurate records in line with statutory requirements, policies, and legal frameworks
