What Youll Be Doing
Identifying new sales and product opportunities across childrenswear
Analysing market trends and customer demand to support growth strategies
Collaborating with product and sourcing teams to bring ideas to life
Presenting and selling product concepts confidently to key stakeholders
Supporting negotiations, critical path management and supplier coordination
Travelling internationally for customer meetings and market visits
What Were Looking For
Background in Buying, Merchandising, Sourcing or Product Development
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
Passion for product and fashion trends
Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
Confident communicator with strong relationship-building ability
Positive, adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
