Providetechnicaloversightandmentoringonhousingstandards,includingHHSRS,preparingandissuingnotices,andtenancy-relatedissues Overseethequalityandconsistencyofinspectionsandensurethecompliancewithhousinglegislationandlicensingconditions Reviewandapproveinspectionreports,ensuringaccuracyandappropriatefollowups Undertakepropertyinspectionswherenecessarytoassesscompliancewithlicensingconditions,supportenforcementactionandensureconsistentapplicationofhousingstandardsacrosstheteam.
