Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Aftersales Manager to lead the Service Department at their established dealership in Birmingham.

As Aftersales Manager, you will:
4. Lead and manage the Service Department to achieve volume and profit targets
5. Drive productivity and performance across the department
6. Review sales and operational performance, agreeing clear actions for improvement
7. Identify new opportunities to innovate and enhance all areas of the business
8. Motivate, coach and develop your team in a fast-paced environment
9. Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
We are seeking an Aftersales Manager who:
10. Has a proven track record in Aftersales leadership
11. Is enthusiastic, self-motivated and commercially driven
12. Demonstrates strong leadership and people development skills
13. Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
14. Has a minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Aftersales Manager
