About the Role:
Driver Hire Lancaster is seeking experienced Multi-Drop Delivery Drivers for our client in Kendal. This work is part-time work with shift volumes varying on demand. This client has been supplier the hospitality industry with wines, soft drinks and beers since the 70’s and are huge advocates for friendly and helpful customer service.
This work requires the driver to safely drive their company van to successfully deliver products to clients premises. Previous van driving/multi-drop experience is essential.
Pay Rate: £12.83 paye adv
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct multi-drop deliveries within Lancaster and surrounding areas.
2. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods, meeting customer expectations.
3. Perform routine vehicle checks before and after trips, addressing any issues.
4. Handle and secure goods carefully, adhering to safety protocols.
5. Maintain clear and accurate delivery records.
6. Provide exceptional service and foster positive client relationships.
Requirements:
7. Valid UK license
8. No more than 6 points & No major endorsements
9. Experience in multi-drop deliveries essential
10. Strong organisational and time-management skills.
11. Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
12. Ability to manage physical tasks and adapt to various weather conditions.
13. Flexible availability for different shifts.
