Maintenance Manager – Private Estate
Location: Ascot (Within 45-minute commute required)
* We are seeking a reliable, experienced Maintenance Manager to take full responsibility for the upkeep, repair, and day-to-day maintenance operations of a high-end private residence in Ascot. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical skills and experience working within a prestigious household environment or 5* Hotels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement preventative and reactive maintenance procedures
* Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues
* Oversee and carry out repairs to electrical, plumbing, carpentry and other systems
* Manage relationships with contractors and external service providers
* Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies and equipment
* Maintain detailed logs and prepare reports on daily activities
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and best practices
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or in a similar senior-level maintenance role
* Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general property maintenance (relevant qualifications highly desirable)
* Excellent planning, organisation, and problem-solving abilities
* Previous experience working for an Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individual (UHNWI) or in a 5-star hotel setting is highly advantageous
* A recognised qualification in Facilities Management or Business Administration is a plus
* Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) certification desirable
