�? About the Service
We're on an exciting journey to deliver therapeutic children’s homes across Leicestershire for young people aged 8-18 who have experienced trauma ??.
This brand-new home in Syston will support up to 3 children at a time, giving them the chance to grow, heal, make friends, and build confidence ??�?.
While this home will be your base, you’ll need to be flexible to help cover shifts at other homes in Hinckley, Coalville, Mountsorrel & Braunstone when needed ??.
???????? What You’ll Be Doing:
?? Build strong, nurturing relationships?? Support independence, wellbeing, and emotional growth??????????? Work closely with families and professionals�? Help with daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, and maintaining a safe space?? Keep accurate, up-to-date records?? Uphold safeguarding practices and create a protective environment
�? What We’re Looking For:
�? Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete it)?? A real passion for helping young people thrive?? Understanding of safeguarding children and young people? Flexibility to work sleep-ins, weekends, and bank holidays? Experience is a bonus, but we welcome those eager to learn with the right attitude!
