Who we’re looking for
* 1–2 PQE Commercial Property Solicitor
* NQs considered only if they have strong prior commercial property experience
* Ability to run matters with appropriate supervision
* Experience across a broad range of lower to mid-market commercial property matters
* Interest in real estate finance (Desired)
* Comfortable attending local networking events (Desired)
* Down to earth, energetic and ready to get stuck in
What you’ll be doing
* Running a mixed commercial property caseload
* Advising on acquisitions and disposals, leases and general landlord & tenant matters
* Supporting on real estate finance transactions
* Building up to consistent billings
* Attending local networking and business development events
* Contributing to the team’s long-term growth plan
