In this rewarding role, you\'ll work closely with individuals who face health-related barriers to employment. You\'ll inspire, coach, and guide them to overcome challenges, gain confidence, and secure meaningful work.
Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of customers, conducting ongoing Needs Assessments and creating tailored Action Plans.
* Coach and motivate individuals to develop job-seeking skills, including CV writing, interview preparation, and job applications.
* Engage with local employers to match participants with suitable job opportunities.
* Provide in-work support to ensure long-term success and job retention.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure customers have access to a range of support services.
* Maintain accurate and comprehensive records to track customer progress.
What You\'ll Bring
* Experience in coaching, mentoring, or delivering Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG).
* Empathy and a genuine passion for making a difference in people\'s lives.
* Experience in a performance-driven environment.
* Knowledge of local job markets and recruitment practices.
* Minimum Level 3 IAG or equivalent qualification (or willingness to work towards it).
* Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
