As a Clinical Support Worker, you will work alongside our highly skilled Multi-Disciplinary Team to deliver patient-centred care in a fast-paced, supportive setting. You will play a vital role in supporting patients and the nursing team, ensuring the highest standards of care and comfort.

* Deliver and support direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
* Provide personalised care for patients, reporting to the Nurse in Charge.
* Assist with monitoring and restocking supplies, promoting efficient resource use.
* Carry out delegated clerical tasks as directed.
* Report incidents, accidents, and relevant information promptly.
* After training, perform observations (respirations, BP, pulse, temperature, oxygen saturation) and record results accurately on NerveCentre or other systems.
* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to Information Governance principles.
