As a Service Leader in our catering department, you will be responsible for leading shifts to ensure the team delivers the best service to our customers and maintains brand standards. In this hands-on, customer-facing role, you should be capable of managing a high-volume environment with a positive, can-do attitude. You will be passionate about our offerings, champion our homemade products, and ensure that our knowledgeable colleagues provide the unique and delightful experience we are known for.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Effectively leading your shift, managing and supporting colleagues, ensuring deployment aligns with customer demand, and responding appropriately to colleague or customer matters as required.
2. Ensuring the team delivers excellent customer service and brand excellence.
3. Carrying out all daily and weekly procedures to maintain company standards at all times.
4. Supporting the training of new colleagues through their induction, refresher courses, and other relevant training.

Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are essential, along with high standards in food quality, customer service, and cleanliness. Experience leading a team in a high-volume catering environment is preferred, but we are also interested in candidates from catering backgrounds looking to advance to a Service Leader role.
