You'll be the key contact for trainees, managing recruitment pipelines, onboarding, and pastoral support, while also driving diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Key experience required:
* Previous experience in early careers or talent development
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Organised, proactive, and passionate about developing future talent
* Experience of working within a Professional Services environment is highly desirable.
