As an Instore Sales Representative, you'll be supporting a local charity focused on breast cancer awareness and support. Key Responsibilities
* Customer Engagement & Sales – Provide top-tier customer service, drive product sales, and promote charitable initiatives through engaging in-store interactions.
* Product Knowledge & Recommendations – Understand the product range to offer tailored advice and support customer needs.
* Merchandising & Store Appearance – Keep the store clean, organised, and visually appealing for an inviting customer experience.
* Meeting Sales Goals – Work towards weekly sales targets and maximise performance through positive customer interactions.
* Transaction Handling – Accurately manage cash and card payments while maintaining a smooth checkout process.
* Team Collaboration – Contribute to a supportive, energetic, and successful team environment.
