The business is seeking a talented and ambitious Growth & Partnerships New Business Manager, a key commercial role for an energetic and relationship-driven professional with a passion for digital marketing, partnerships and business development.
You will play a pivotal role in driving lead generation, nurturing partnerships, supporting new business pitches and helping to shape the company’s growth strategy across its performance marketing and commerce divisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead targeted outreach and account-based marketing campaigns to generate new opportunities.
* Manage the CRM to ensure accurate pipeline tracking, reporting and forecasting.
* Build and maintain strategic partnerships across digital media, technology, and commerce ecosystems.
* Support RFP submissions, pitch coordination, and presentation preparation.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to optimise lead generation and nurture campaigns.
* Champion best practice across new business processes, ensuring seamless onboarding of new clients.
* Contribute to the development of growth strategies that expand the company’s reach and capabilities.
Experience & Skills
* Experience in a growth, sales, or partnerships role within a digital, media, or commerce-focused agency.
* Proven experience generating and managing new business pipelines through outbound prospecting.
* Strong understanding of the digital media, eCommerce, and technology landscape.
* Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot advantageous).
* Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset and a passion for commercial growth.
