Role Summary

Who you are:

Join our team as an Executive Talent Partner and fully embed yourself within one of our long-standing clients. A leading UK retailer with a strong heritage, innovative vision, and a people-first culture. This is an exciting opportunity to work hand-in-hand with business leaders, driving talent acquisition strategies that make a real impact.

What you will do:

* Partner with senior stakeholders to understand talent requirements across Supply Chain, Logistics, and Procurement functions.
* Deliver strategic hiring solutions that align with business needs and long-term growth.
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from talent mapping and sourcing to offer management.
* Build strong pipelines of exceptional talent using innovative sourcing techniques.
* Provide market insights and data to support hiring decisions and workforce planning.
* Ensure a best-in-class candidate and stakeholder experience at every stage.

What We're Looking For:

* 6+ Proven experience in executive recruitment, with an advantage if you have worked within Supply Chain, Logistics, and Procurement functions.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships.
* Track record of delivering results in fast-paced, high-demand environments.
* Ability to use data and insights to drive decision-making and recruitment strategies.
* Experience in process redefining, continuously improving recruitment approaches to deliver best-in-class results.
* Proactive, adaptable, and confident in working in an embedded talent model.
