What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead & Develop the Quality Management System (QMS)
* Own Audits – internal, external, customer and certification (including BRC)
* Drive Improvements through non-conformance reporting and incident investigations
* Coach & Inspire a team of 10 across QA and Lab functions
* Be the Expert – confidently run BRC audits and manage customer complaint processes
What You’ll Bring:
* Proven experience in Food Quality Management, Quality Assurance or Technical Management
* Strong background in B2B complaint handling
* Hands-on experience with non-conformance reporting
* Confident in BRC auditing (solo capability required)
* Demonstrated leadership in a quality or lab environment
* HACCP Level 2 certification
