Recreation Assistants will perform duties at both wet and dry sites.
What we are looking for:
To be considered for a Lifeguard position at Leisure Focus, you need to be a strong swimmer with excellent customer service skills. You should also have:
* A UK-recognised pool lifeguard qualification, with NPLQ being essential
* An understanding of relevant health and safety legislation
* Excellent verbal communication skills, including the ability to appropriately address pool users' behavior
* Confidence and an approachable nature
DBS:
This position is classified as regulated, and a DBS Disclosure may be required. If you do not already hold a DBS, it will need to be obtained.
