Role: Litigation Solicitor Location: Rotherham, South Yorkshire Contract: Full time, permanent Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 CRA Consulting is pleased to be partnering with a long-established and highly regarded South Yorkshire law firm in the recruitment of an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join its expanding Dispute Resolution department. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of contentious matters while benefiting from the support of an experienced and well-established litigation team. The Role Joining a busy and growing department, you will be responsible for handling a varied caseload of disputes on behalf of both private individuals and commercial clients. The role offers a broad mix of work, providing exposure to a wide range of litigation matters and the opportunity to develop specialist expertise where desired. Your caseload is likely to include: Commercial and contractual disputes Property litigation and landlord & tenant matters Debt recovery and enforcement proceedings Contentious probate disputes Partnership and shareholder disagreements Business and commercial disputes General civil litigation matters The successful candidate will enjoy a high level of autonomy in managing their own files while also having the opportunity to work alongside senior colleagues on more complex and high-value disputes. About You Applications are welcomed from solicitors who can demonstrate: A minimum of 3 years' PQE within Litigation or Dispute Resolution. Proven experience managing a varied caseload independently from instruction through to resolution. Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of contentious matters. Excellent client care and relationship management skills. The ability to provide commercially focused and pragmatic advice. Strong negotiation, communication, and advocacy skills.
