We are supporting a leading defence engineering organisation in recruiting Electronics Assembly Operators to work on advanced circuit card builds. This is a great opportunity to develop specialist skills in a structured, quality-driven production setting.
What youll be doing
* Assembling and soldering components onto circuit boards
* Working with small components, often under a microscope
* Carrying out visual inspections and basic rework on assemblies
* Following engineering drawings and build instructions
* Recording work and completing quality checks in line with process requirements
* Working as part of a team to meet production targets
What were looking forEssential:
* Experience in soldering or electronics assembly
* Strong attention to detail and quality focus
* Comfortable working with small, delicate components
Desirable:
* IPC or ESD awareness/training
* Experience reading engineering drawings or work instructions
* Background in PCB / circuit card assembly or similar environment
