Job Description:
The role supports the Online Training team within the internal Training Delivery operating model. Responsibilities include designing and developing digital media assets for online training solutions, including video, 3D modelling, animation, and gamification. The role involves supporting the Manager of Online Training and collaborating with the global team to ensure training aligns with company standards. It also includes designing UI and UX for digital learning contents, shaping the look and feel of online solutions, and supporting continuous improvement of digital training policies.
Duties:
* Create innovative multimedia solutions for digital training.
* Design multimedia content from concept to delivery, following design principles.
* Design UI and UX for learning platforms and contents.
* Work with film creation, editing, 3D modelling, and animation projects.
* Develop using gaming engines like Unity or Unreal Engine (desirable).
* Create assets using Adobe Creative Suite and 3D packages like Blender.
* Perform quality assurance of online training outputs.
* Use authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline for content creation.
* Ensure timely project delivery and proper learner experience.
* Collaborate with team members and stakeholders across sites.
* Identify and raise risks in multimedia development projects.
* Support digital training policy improvements and adhere to guidelines.
* Maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Education:
* Degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Learning Design, or related field (preferred).
* Willingness to pursue further professional development.
Technical Skills:
* Experience with video creation/editing, 3D modelling, animation, and gamification.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
* Experience with Blender or similar 3D software.
* Knowledge of design principles and media development.
* Experience creating multimedia content for learning.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience with Unreal Engine or Unity.
* Proficiency in e-learning tools like Articulate.
* Basic coding skills and experience with SCORM/CMI5.
* Copywriting experience (beneficial).
Non-Technical Skills:
* Strong communication skills in English.
* Proactive learning attitude.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Ability to work independently and in international teams.
* Adaptability to changing priorities and stressful situations.
