️ Quality Systems Engineer 📍 Location: Redditch 🕒 Full-time, onsite | Monday to Friday | 8:00 to 17:00 (39 hours per week) 💷 Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 depending on experience About the Role We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Systems Engineer to join our team in Redditch. You'll play a key role in maintaining and improving our ISO 9001:2015-certified Quality Management System, supporting internal teams and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing processes. This role is ideal for someone who is process-focused, analytical, and confident in working with both data and people to improve quality performance. Key Responsibilities Maintain and support the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001:2015 standards. Conduct internal audits, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventative actions. Provide training in auditing practices to less experienced team members.
