The Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Manager to lead the strategic management, optimization, and continuous improvement of their global Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
Summary of Responsibilities
This role involves overseeing HR technology solutions, ensuring seamless system integrations, data integrity, and compliance, while enhancing HR operational efficiency. The HRIS Manager will collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to lead system implementations, upgrades, and user training to support the company's evolving needs.
* Strong technical expertise in platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and experience with, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM, is required, along with excellent project and stakeholder management skills.
* Proven experience as an HRIT Manager or similar role, with a solid understanding of HR processes and IT systems. Experience with specific HRIS platforms, particularly ServiceNow and SAP SuccessFactors, is essential.
* Experience with HRIS implementation and management.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
* Relevant certifications in HR technology or project management are advantageous.
* Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
