A hands-on approach and passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience. Ability to take the reins when the retail manager is away, showing initiative and confidence. Strong team-building skills, fostering a positive and collaborative environment. Experience with store openings and closures, and familiarity with key-holder responsibilities. A proactive mindset, ensuring both you and your team stay ahead of tasks and deliver the best service possible.
