INTRODUCTION
Renovo is a new independent specialist provider for the assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of adults with neurological conditions, including acquired brain injury (ABI), and progressive neurological disorders. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Support residents in a range of meaningful activities and relationships throughout the day
· Support residents on external visits and trips locally, and sometimes further afield
· Ensure all care and support plans and documentation is up-to-date, comprehensive, accurate and legally compliant
· Communicate with the team in a manner that promotes effective team working
· Help improve our resident's quality of life by ensuring their needs are met and that each person is always treated with dignity and respect
· Carry out personal care as needed, such as bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, and toileting needs, whilst ensuring adequate food and drink intake
· Support residents to help manage any anxieties, or behaviours that challenge
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
· Sound understanding of good social care principles (essential)
· Understanding of safeguarding adults' requirements (essential)
· A stable work history, with 1 years' experience in a similar role/environment (preferred)
