What you'll bring:
* Experience working with children or young people, especially those with additional needs or challenging behaviour
* Confidence working independently and within a multi-disciplinary team
* Knowledge of behavioural management strategies and targeted interventions
* Understanding of SEND and inclusion
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English & Maths; NVQ Level 2 or above preferred
* Previous experience in a school setting is essential
