Our hybrid working policy means you can balance office and home working with site visits and meetings at other National Trust places. We’ll talk about this in more detail at interview, but you should expect to be at a National Trust site for 40–60% of your working week.You’ll provide professional advice and support on a variety of rural surveying matters, including lettings, acquisitions, disposals, and land management. You’ll undertake negotiations, support dispute resolution, and contribute to the management and optimisation of rural assets. Working alongside senior colleagues, you’ll carry out due diligence, assess opportunities, and help deliver projects that align with organisational objectives. You’ll also build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, tenants, and external partners, ensuring effective collaboration and high-quality service delivery.
