About the Role:
We're looking for a Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead and support transformation initiatives across Markets Operations. This hybrid role combines strategic project delivery with analytical problem-solving, working closely with global Operations and Technology partners to deliver meaningful change.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Manage and deliver complex projects from initiation through execution
✅ Define and document strategic requirements aligned with operational goals
✅ Build business cases and define KPIs to track tangible outcomes
✅ Communicate progress, risks, and solutions to senior stakeholders
✅ Drive consistency, simplify processes, and ensure global best practices
✅ Collaborate across functions and regions to deliver change at scale
✅ Support full project lifecycle including testing and readiness planning
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience delivering large-scale transformation programs in a global financial environment
✔️ Strong program/project management skills – certifications like PMP, Agile, PRINCE2, or Six Sigma are a plus
✔️ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical abilities
✔️ Skilled in documentation, data analysis, and tools like Excel & PowerPoint
✔️ Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
