Group Programme Manager (OEM)
Are you an experienced Programme Manager with a passion for delivering complex projects, building strategic customer relationships, and driving business growth?
A leading international provider of innovative vehicle technology and safety solutions is seeking a Group Programme Manager to join its growing Commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with global OEMs and manufacturing partners, leading programmes from concept through to production launch.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for OEM and manufacturing partners
* Lead multiple customer programmes from concept through production release
* Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with key international customers
* Identify and develop new business opportunities across global markets
* Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Product Management, and Commercial functions
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards
* Track programme performance, customer satisfaction, revenue targets, and profitability
* Support commercial negotiations, change management activities, and long‑term account growth
About You
* Experience in Programme Management, Project Management, Technical Commercial, or OEM Account Management roles
* A background within Automotive, Commercial Vehicles, Manufacturing, Engineering, Aerospace, or related industries
* Strong commercial acumen combined with technical understanding
* Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and cross‑functional teams
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on programme delivery
