Job Opportunity: Legal PA at a Global Law Firm
Based in Birmingham city centre, a fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a globally-recognised law firm as a Legal PA. The successful candidate will work alongside other PAs, Directors, and Partners within the Employment team, providing outstanding support to fee earners. This role offers a hybrid working model, with three days in the office and two days at home.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing the end-to-end billing process, including creating standard bills and disbursements, raising credit notes, and amending narratives.
2. Managing the team's inbox efficiently and proactively.
3. Coordinating internal and external meetings: booking rooms and facilities, liaising with attendees, and preparing agendas.
4. Arranging national and international travel, including hotels, flights, and transfers.
5. Overseeing document drafting, production, and management.
6. Managing files: archiving, opening, closing, and overseeing document production.
7. Providing general administrative support to fee earners and assisting with ad-hoc projects, such as managing bundles and supporting team events.
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous Legal PA experience within a professional services environment, including high-volume billing.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
* An adaptable and flexible approach.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
