We're looking for a hands-on, experienced Assistant Manager to work alongside our current management team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about hospitality and customer service, and who thrives in a busy, food-led environment. We're looking for someone who leads from the front and motivates a team, whilst having great attention to detail and professionalism. The right candidate will ideally already have held a similar position of responsibility. Some of the duties involved will be: -Support the General Manager with daily operations -Lead shifts and ensure smooth service -Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest feedback professionally -Oversee bar, restaurant, and guest accommodation service standards -Supervise, motivate, and support the FOH team, including training new staff -Manage cash handling, tills, and basic admin procedures -Assist with stock control, upselling, and driving sales We offer competitive rates of pay, great share of tips, staff discount on food and free staff meals.
