Prosecutions Solicitor G10 Description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Prosecutions Solicitor at G10 level to join our dynamic legal team.

Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough investigations and case preparation for criminal prosecutions.
* Advise law enforcement agencies on legal matters and the application of criminal law.
* Draft legal documents including charges, briefs, and submissions for court.
* Represent the prosecution in court, presenting evidence and making legal arguments vigorously and effectively.
* Engage with victims and witnesses to gather testimonies and provide support throughout the legal process.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, codes of practice, and procedural rules during prosecutions.
* Collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders to enhance the effectiveness of the prosecution process.
Requirements
* Qualified solicitor with a valid practicing certificate in Criminal Law.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in criminal prosecution or relevant legal experience.
* Strong knowledge of criminal law, procedures, and prosecution practices.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate legal arguments clearly.
* Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases effectively.
* Demonstrated commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and integrity in legal practice.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while taking initiative and responsibility for individual cases.
