Roles & Responsibilities
* Designing and delivering a bespoke, adaptive curriculum for pupils with diverse needs.
* Implementing individual behaviour plans and de-escalation techniques.
* Collaborating with families and external professionals to support transitions.
* Mapping pupil milestones and pivoting teaching methods based on real-time evidence.
Requirements
* UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Eligibility to work in the UK without Sponsorship
* Significant experience teaching pupils with SEND (specifically Autism or SEMH).
* Knowledge of bespoke curriculum design and adaptive teaching.
* Possess enhanced child DBS on the update Service.
