Contracts Manager (Commercial/Construction)
Location: Milton Keynes (Aylesbury branch). Company: UK’s leading transport and machinery installation company, 50 years old.
Salary: £60,000‑£70,000 plus training, progression, monthly bonus, annual bonus, company car, boosted pension. Hybrid working.
Role Overview
Open to experienced Contracts Managers in commercial or construction background.
Responsibilities
* Client‑facing role with regular site visits to factories to assess machinery.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and operatives.
* Assess labour and equipment requirements for moves.
* Prepare accurate tender proposals and cost sheets.
* Convert opportunities into contracts and plan & coordinate contract execution.
* Work remotely with one office visit to Aylesbury per week.
* Schedule: Monday‑Friday 8 am‑5 pm (closed 4 pm on Friday).
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous contracts management experience in commercial or construction sector.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to travel nationwide for site visits.
* Experience with cost sheets, tender proposals and contract negotiation.
