This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated and hardworking team, providing responsive and solution-focused support to homeowners within the crucial two-year warranty period.

The Role

As a Customer Support Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners experiencing defects or issues with their property. You’ll coordinate remedial works, manage relationships with contractors and internal teams and ensure that every customer receives the highest standard of service throughout their journey.

If you have a passion for delivering excellence and a background in construction, property management or building maintenance—or even if you don’t but bring top-tier customer service skills, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Own the customer journey from post-construction handover onwards.

Conduct handovers with clients, showcasing their new homes and features.

Coordinate defect resolution, ensuring timely and professional remedial works.

Communicate clearly and promptly with residents, contractors and internal stakeholders.

Work closely with third-party suppliers to maintain outstanding service levels.

Carry out quality checks and build knowledge of individual and communal systems.

Maintain accurate reporting and documentation of all ongoing cases.

Support continuous improvement by implementing customer support best practices.

What You’ll Bring

Strong experience in an administrative or customer service support role.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

A positive, professional and proactive approach.

Team-oriented mindset with a passion for customer care.

Experience using Clixifix or similar defect management platforms.

Sound knowledge of construction or property/building maintenance.

Why Join?

Be part of a values-led business committed to quality, innovation and customer satisfaction.

Opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a supportive, collaborative team.

Competitive salary and benefits package.

Ready to make a difference in customers' lives and help uphold the highest standards in homebuilding?
